On a hot June day in 2018, Maddi and Devin tied the knot. There wasn’t a dry eye in the crowd. Their love is honest, patient, and adventurous. It’s days like this that remind me what a gift it is to be on this side of the camera.

 

A Little Country and a Whole lot of Classy

Back early last year Maddi, Devin, and I strolled through a park and they were all sorts of adorable so I just knew that their wedding would be something special. Cue the outdoor wedding, perfect purple hues, and a surprise groom and groomsmen flash mob!

I would also like to warn you that there is some serious floral perfection ahead brought to you by Indigo Flower Company who just happens to be Maddi’s aunt. That’s pretty gosh darn fantastic.

 

Getting Ready

Strapless, sweetheart, lacy. OH MY. Maddi’s classic style reflected in her bridal style and Barn Appetite’s getting ready location lended some serious Joanna Gaines vibes. After Maddi’s mom helped her zip her dress, she unveiled herself to her bridesmaids and their reactions were PERFECT.

 

I was unaware two people could be so cute!

Sweet Ceremony

Devin just couldn’t contain his emotion as his bride walked down the aisle and it caused a chain reaction of feels! Just wait for his surprise dance for Maddi, the beautiful wedding arbor, simple and scrumptious wedding cake, and stunning sparkler exit!
